Notary Services
As a Notary Public, Thomas L Barker is legally authorised to check and confirm the authenticity of documents, and to place his seal and signature on them as evidence of approval. Such notorised acts can be effected for (interalia) business documents, deeds and for witnessing contracts and other transfers and documents. Signature authentification and certifications to prove identity and other legal requirements are also available.
The authentication by a notary public provides international recognition of documents and certificates, and is invariably required for international transactions, property and business contracts and acquisitions.
Thomas L Barker is a qualified solicitor but no longer provides this service as such preferring to give full attention to his notarial practice. For a full list of services, please see the list of services in the right hand column.
If you need documents to be legally certified or authenticated or a document signed in front of a Notary, you are welcome to make an appointment.
Fees are charged at the appropriate rates and can be confirmed in advance of work undertaken.
